Nobel Partners Advisory assisted Giovanna and Nicoletta Del Carlo in the sale of 80 percent of NT Food SpA to Morato Group, an international leader in industrial bakery. The transaction consolidates the presence of Morato in the gluten-free products market. The founders have retained a minority stake and will continue to lead the company together with the new partner.
NT Food S.p.A., based in Tuscany, is one of the Italian leaders in the market for gluten-free and lactose-free products. The company offers a wide range of products, including breads, snacks, bread substitutes, flours, and breadcrumbs, marketed under both its own brand and private label for major food operators.
