Giovanni has over 35 years of experience in Private Equity and later in Corporate Banking, gained at Sofipa SGR and then as head of corporate banking for Unicredit in Central and Northern Italy. On behalf of the bank, he has managed various Private Equity deals in SMEs and major industrial clients.
