Marco has gained significant experience in international investment banking, spending the first 30 years of his career as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers in London and Italy, and then as Co-Chairman of Nomura International in Italy. He later became responsible for launching and managing AXIA Ventures Group’s offices in Italy.
